It is with a heavy heart that I write this letter, as words cannot properly describe the great grief I feel. Since 2010, you have been more than just a boss to me; you have been a mentor, a confidante, and a true friend. Your true kindness and uncommon, lovely soul influenced my life in ways I never believed possible. Your appreciation comments always brightened my spirits and made me feel cherished. You gave me the confidence to advance both personally and professionally by consistently encouraging me to take the initiative and lead. Rest peacefully Malcolm, your memory will forever live on in my heart, and I will carry your lessons and love always. With love, deepest gratitude and heartfelt sorrow.
